Senior Executive, Leasing

Job Purpose

The Senior Executive, Leasing is responsible for all leasing and related function including tenant relations at Kallang Wave Mall.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Leasing Manager in asset plan and budgeting.
• Ensure the successful leasing of retail spaces
• Handle the marketing of other spaces, renewal of leases, lease documentations, tender processes, arrears management and other leasing matters
• Ensure that the leasing policy is strictly adhered to at all times
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Degree in Building & Real Estate or related discipline
• At least 4 years of relevant experience and good understanding of retail tenancy matters

Skills

Technical skills include:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good understanding of tenancy matters

Generic skills include:

• A team player, you should be meticulous, organized and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines is a must
