Executive, HR Business Partner (1-yr contract)
Job Purpose
As part of the Human Resource Business Partner team, you will partner Business Unit by taking a proactive and consultative approach in key human resource areas to deliver and achieve business goals as well as maintaining good employee relations with line managers through dialogues, coaching and counselling.
Responsibilities
- Full cycle of recruitment for Bus Captains, including shortlisting, arranging and conduct interviews, preparation and signing of LOAs, pre-employment checks
- Organise and participate in recruitment fairs
- Prepare recruitment statistics for reporting to management and government authorities
- Handle HR-related enquiries at HR office located at Woodlands Depot
- Provide support to Resource Management team in areas of recruitment, re-employment, and HR operations
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Possess Degree with preferably 2-3 years of relevant hands-on HR experience, especially in the area of recruitment.
- Experience in transport and operations-related industries would be advantageous.
- Good knowledge of local labour law.
