Manager, Systems Management (SAP Ariba)

 

Job Purpose

Ariba Systems Manager will be the SME for Ariba Application which includes Upstream [Sourcing, Contract management, SLP] and Downstream Modules [RFQ Integration, PO Automation, and Invoice Pro]

Responsibilities

  • Customer Administrator for Ariba Application Modules both Upstream and Downstream
  • End user support for SAP Applications especially MM
  • Gathering business requirements for system updates/changes
  • Identifying, resolving, and communicating system or process defects issues
  • Conduct design workshops, review configuration with Users, support issue resolution and troubleshooting with Users and Ariba enabled vendors.
  • Main contact for Internal and External audits on Ariba processes 
  • Assists with support and additional training as needed for BU’s
  • Assist in reporting and analysis of SLAs and Key Metrics
  • Assist with the development of requirements/use cases, architect and configure the technical solution, prepare demonstrations, perform unit testing, and assisting end users in UAT activities.
  • Assist the change management and communication team with developing and updating training materials, user manuals and other training documentation to support releases with new functionality that impact business processes.
  • Template Creation/Configuration (contracts, RFx Events, Envelop bidding template etc.)
  • Supplier registration and On-Boarding Process
  • Administer Users, groups, invoice exception and approval rule configuration. 
  • Master Data Management / Integrations
  • Configuration / Service / Enhancement Requests
  • Dashboard Development and Workflow Management
     

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Masters’/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of Proven experience in Source-to-Contract and Purchase-to-Pay as well as integration between SAP and Ariba using CI9 Adapters.
     

Skills

Technical skills include:

  • Good knowledge of SAP Ariba modules and S2P processes as well as SAP transactional data and interfaces
  • Excellent data analytical and data leadership skills 
  • You have a high level of autonomy and proactivity and the capability to understand technology and simplify sophisticated processes.
  • Good interpersonal skills 
  • Consulting experience is a plus
