Officer, Short Term Leasing (6 months contract)

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Short-Term Lease (STL) team as a Temporary Staff for six months. This role will support administrative and tenant management functions, ensuring smooth operations within the STL department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and processing STL administrative documents, including but not limited to License Agreements, Cover Letters, and other Letters.
• Maintain and update STL tenant records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Support the STL team in handling tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and other tenant management tasks.
• Manage Simplicity system-related administrative matters, ensuring proper data entry and documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to generate reports, track agreements, and organize lease information.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external tenants to coordinate lease-related processes.
• Assist in ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned by the STL team.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with tenants and stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a team-player approach.
• Prior experience in lease administration, real estate, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
