Senior Executive, Business Planning (Stellar Ace)

Job Purpose

As part of the Plans team in Media & Digital, Stellar Ace (Stellar Lifestyle Pte. Ltd.), you will work closely with various stakeholders in the strategic planning and compliance functions as well as support partnership and business growth projects.  

Responsibilities

• Manage audit, risk, quality control, and budget-related matters
• Review and recommend corrective, preventive, or improvement measures to enhance the department’s compliance and efficiency to regulations and guidelines while taking into consideration business needs
• Preparing and/or vetting of contracts, management reports, papers, and other related documents
• Coordinate and prepare reports for analysis and management reporting
• Work with relevant authorities on required permits and approvals 
• Formulation and implementation of business strategy

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Degree in Business Management, Economics, or related field
• Around two to three years of working experience in a strategic business planning or corporate strategy role. Prior experience in the media advertising and AdTech industry would be an advantage. Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects with short timeline.

Skills

• Keen understanding of business research, risk, and audit matters
• Assertive, meticulous, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Good analytical and writing skills. Able to review simple legal contracts
• Familiarity with basic accounting/mathematic principles 
• Intermediate to Advance working knowledge for Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Words
