Senior Manager, Roads Plans
Job Purpose
Reporting to Director, Roads Planning & Strategic Relation, the Senior Manager, Roads Plans & Development will assist and be responsible for Roads Group long-term growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Strategy planning and monitoring of workplans and budgets
- Assess business risks, develop mitigation plans, monitor management controls and audit checks
- Identify and develop business prospects/opportunities to grow SMRT Roads Holdings’ investments and network in the region and contribute to the Group’s long-term profit growth.
- Plan, develop and execute corporate development and M&A transactions which will include undertaking feasibility studies, gather market intelligence, due diligence, financial modelling, deal structuring and negotiations as well as managing transaction documentation.
- Develop joint-ventures, partnerships and other related opportunities which includes formulating and negotiating terms with prospective partners and preparing bid submissions.
- Prepare reports on the performance of businesses, projects and initiatives and present such information to senior management.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Finance/ Accounting/Banking/ or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in Strategy/ Corporate Development/Corporate Finance/ Investment Banking or similar function.
- CFA/CPA (or equivalent) would strengthen the application but is not required.
- Some overseas work exposure to APAC and/or SEA will be an added advantage
