Administrative Executive

Responsibilities
- Manage the Executive Director’s mailbox, replies and redirect emails timely.
- Assist in planning and updating the transport schedules for the respective account managers or clients (centers).
- Assist in preparing daily supporting documentation of Adhoc transport bookings, arrange and keep all parties informed of the transport arrangement.
- Assist in preparing the sales quotation and invoices.
- Handle the monthly collection of transport fees for a group of 65 clients.
- Prepare monthly reporting for transport fees collections.
- Prepare monthly trip analysis report for a group of clients.
- Manage fleet accessories inventory.
- Assist with the Account Receivable and Account Payable.
- Assist with other administrative related duties as required.
- Prepare to serve as a adhoc bus attendant (if required
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Min ITE Certificate in Business Studies or Diploma in Business Management or related studies.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table, Formulas), Words, powerpoint, and google mail
- Able to handle tight deadlines and stress.
- Able to communicate effectively with across all levels
- Basic Book-keeping knowledge and Quickbook Online is preferred.
