Associate Executive, Partner Relations

Job Purpose

The Associate Executive, Partner Relations will play a key role in fostering and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with taxi drivers.

This position requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who will collaborate closely with various taxi operations departments and taxi driver groups. The goal is to build rapport and create a positive, supportive environment for all taxi drivers, ultimately ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Meet KPIs set by Manager and/or HOD
• Handle customers queries’ and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Manage customer escalations ensuring issues are addressed promptly, with clear communication and follow-up
• Draft customer communications and publish information on various platforms
• Plan, coordinate, and execute customer engagement events and award ceremonies
• Proactively engage customers regularly with the aim to improve customer experience
• To be involved in Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Diploma and above
• At least 1 year relevant working experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Problem-solving skills to identify issues and find effective and efficient solutions
• Excellent writing abilities to communicate clearly and concisely
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively
