Business Analyst (Contract)
Job Purpose
The candidate will be responsible for Business Analyst scope of our software application product development work and to complete the projects on time within budget, quality and scope. He/she will coordinate with other business units/vendors/partners to ensure all aspects of the BA responsibilities are delivered.
Responsibilities
- Reports to the assigned Reporting Manager
- Support the Project Manager and team in the assigned project(s)
- Responsible for the support and operations of SMRT Project Management team
- Manage and ensure project needs and issues are handled accordingly and timely
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience working as Business Analyst
- Good track record of implementing new software application projects
- Experience in developing BA tender specifications

- Identify areas where IT can be adopted to support business needs and goals
- Work with business units to develop IT strategies and to improve current IT implementations
- Build and migrate software and services across the organization
- Work with product and delivery teams to develop scalable solutions and products
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate and consult with vendors and internal stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions
- Ability to work independently under pressure to meet system performance service levels.
