Executive, Corporate & Event Sales (Workstation)
Job Purpose
This role will support Staytion in their sales-related efforts.
Candidate must ensure that he/she complies with all SMRT group policies, processes, procedures, guidelines, manuals, and code of conduct.
Responsibilities
A. CORPORATE SALES
- Respond to email, phone, and in-person enquiries, qualify clients’ needs, and close deals.
- Conduct presentations, site visits and recommend business proposals
- Proactive outreach to existing and new clients to develop strong sales pipeline
- Work closely with the team lead to generate cowork sales and business cultivation to achieve monthly sales target.
- Build strong rapport with clients and identify innovative space options that meet client's requirement.
- Work with the Operations team to ensure client welfare during their tenancy.
- Identify upsell and upgrade opportunities to enhance client engagement and retention.
- Assist in sales administration - filling, updating calendar of tenancy and/or events, and any other adhoc sales-related tasks.
B. EVENT SALES
- Contribute to meeting sales targets for centre events.
- Respond to events enquiries and produce detailed proposals for client consideration.
- Arrange and conduct site recce and attend sales call meetings with potential clients.
- Liaise and follow up with clients on event details and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth event operations, including logistic, set-up, food & beverage packages, event planning.
- Provide on-site support and coordination of assigned events, ensuring smooth event execution.
- Maintain contact with clients before, during and after event to ensure customer’s satisfaction.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Prior experience in flexible workspace sales will be advantageous
- 2-3 years of relevant sales experience with a diploma/degree in related fields are preferred.
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented, with good event management skills, and good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, efficiently and under deadlines, able to multi-task
- Have a very strong communication skills and passion in meeting with people with excellent articulation in both written and spoken in English
- Must be result oriented & attention to details in the process
- Have analytical and structured thinking; must be comfortable with numbers
- Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
