Executive, Digital Systems

Job Purpose

 

ST Programs Department performs Operations, Maintenance and Service consulting and Program management. Digital & AI projects undertaken by ST Programs include Digital Twin, digitalisation, predictive decision support systems, Computer Vision (Video Analytics), AIOT, Cybersecurity and ICT digital infrastructure.

Responsibilities

 

The duties and responsibilities of an Executive, Digital Systems are as listed below. Note that the list is not comprehensive, and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.

  • Support on project management and delivery of digital and AI initiatives across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to UAT and production rollout.
  • Support on enhancement of digital and AI systems including development of web tools, dashboards, workflow automation, and data solutions.
  • Perform maintenance of digital and AI systems including issue tracking, and solution stabilisation activities.
  • Management of stakeholders through tracking of deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Perform secretariat duties to assigned steering/working committees to drive digital and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications & Work Experience

 

  • Degree or diploma in Computing, Engineering, Information Systems, Data, or a related field.
  • Preferably up to two years of experience in digital projects, IT support, or systems related roles. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Exposure to data, automation, or AI related work would be an advantage.

Skills

 

Technical and professional skills

  • Understanding software development, lifecycle and agile delivery practices.
  • Familiarity with web applications, APIs, cloud platforms, and data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with data concepts such as machine learning workflows and model deployment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or DevOps platforms.
  • Clear documentation and reporting skills.
