Executive, Marketing (Stellar Ace)
Job Purpose
The Executive, Marketing will support the team in executing digital activations, campaign implementation from start to end. This role is integral in ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives, performance tracking, and supporting the Product Lead in driving user acquisition, user retention and partnership activation.
The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution digital activation campaigns, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with brand objectives
- Coordinate campaign logistics, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting on performance
- Support in managing online-to-offline (O2O) activations, referral programs, affiliate marketing partner, and promotional tie-ups
- Prepare merchant documents such as invoices, redemption reports, and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct campaign analysis by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as member sign-up, user engagement, redemption, and user participation
- Prepare and update presentation decks for internal reviews and external client meetings
- Assist in executing user acquisition strategies, such as referral programs and digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze user behaviour to provide insights for engagement strategies
- Support in managing app engagement initiatives, including WINK+ loyalty features and partner-driven activations
- Provide administrative and operational support including project coordination and stakeholder management
- Liaise with cross-functional teams such as marketing, tech, and sales to ensure seamless execution of in-app initiatives
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Education: Diploma/bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in campaign execution, digital marketing, account servicing, or project coordination
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with campaign tracking tools
- Experience in digital activations, loyalty programs, or mobile apps is a plus
