Executive, Marketing (Stellar Ace)

Job Purpose

This is an opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in partnerships and events management, sales enablement and marketing across Stellar Lifestyle’s ecosystem. 

 

As a Marketing Executive supporting Sales and Partnerships, you will play a key role in developing impactful sales materials, coordinating campaigns, and managing partnerships and events that strengthen the Stellar Lifestyle ecosystem. With exposure across Stellar Lifestyle, Stellar Ace, Staytion and other business units, you will work with sales teams, brand partners and internal stakeholders to bring creative pitches, collaborations and activations to life – all with the goal of driving business growth, brand awareness, and engagement. 

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in planning, coordination and execution of sales pitches, partnership initiatives, and events across Stellar Lifestyle’s business units 
  • Assist in the creation of pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials to support Stellar Ace’s advertising and partnership efforts 
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to gather information, visuals, and insights needed for sales presentations and campaign support 
  • Coordinate with partners, sponsors, and merchants on participation opportunities, deliverables and benefit fulfilment 
  • Liaise with event vendors, venue partners, and internal departments to manage all logistics and operational requirements 
  • Source for event materials, suppliers and other resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of sales materials, partnership databases, and event documentation for reporting and follow-up 
  • Conduct research on market trends, potential partners, and new opportunities to enhance sales and event performance 
  • Support the team with administrative duties such as scheduling, coordination and documentation
  • Perform other related tasks or administration duties to meet the business unit’s objectives and project needs

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management or Equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales support, partnerships, or event coordination preferred – fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal sales, with confidence in working with partners, clients and internal stakeholders 
  • Meticulous, organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving 
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative 
  • Passionate and interested in marketing, media and events 
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, during event periods

Skills

  • Strong project coordination and time management skills 
  • Proficient in using software such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Teams, Outlook etc) and comfortable preparing presentations and/or reports 
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with strong negotiation and numeracy skills
  • Good sense of design and presentation layout for sales materials 
  • Meticulous, ability to multi-task and work within tight timeline
  • Possess positive disposition, independent, resourceful and a team player
  • Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure 
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality execution
