Executive, Network & System Compliance

Job Purpose

Supporting Fare System Manager for network and system compliance on public transport Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) system. The executive shall oversee AFC network management, licensing and vendors support for AFC system. In additions, the executive shall also be responsible as AFC Cyber security associate to support AFC CS compliance within internal stakeholders and LTA.

Responsibilities

• Support AFC Network management
• Manage services licensing, renewal, and external vendor contracts.
• Manage and interface with LTA on yearly audit, AFC CS compliance and AFC risk management.
• Perform department self-assessment, audit, and compliance checks.
• Ensure timely submission of risk reports, incidents, and escalation report to relevant stakeholders.
• Interface with SMRT Ent IT, OTCS, and LTA AFC CS as L1 Cyber Associate representative for Fare System.
• Managing Fare System user access control and administration
• Managing Fare System documentation and compliance records.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Degree preferably in Computer Science/Security/Networking
• 1-2 years of experience in IT, Networking or Cyber security roles.
• Requirement:

- Strong communication, writing & project coordination skills.
- Able to multi-tasks, manage expectations and timeline.
- Strong team players
- Able to work nightshift / off-revenue hours during testing and system implementation.
- Experience in cyber-security/networking/SDLC/Database are preferred.
