Executive, Operations Performance & Coordination

Responsibilities

As an Executive/Executive in Operations Performance & Coordination, you are part of a dynamic team that will be working in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities encompass, but are not confined to:

 

Operations Support

  • Oversee Bus Captain (BC) manpower allocation and projection numbers
  • Oversee BC resources for daily bus operations (e.g. absenteeism rate, Over-time, Rest Day Work)
  • Manage BC-related Work Instructions (WIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Oversee worker transport arrangement
  • Planning support of BC recruitment
  • Attending of bus stop meeting to identify safety issues for roadworks or bus stop relocations matters that affect operations

 

Missing Trips Verification (MTV)

  • Manage and perform MTV audit & queries pertaining to mileage claims
  • Manage and oversee internal MTV audit and compliance
  • Ensure all SOPs and WIs pertaining to MTV are compliant by staffs.
  • To perform checks on Telematics system, Authority’s data warehouse, Dispatch system for verification of mileage audit and bus operations mileage claims
  • Prepares report for daily and monthly mileage
  • Prepare and submission of mileage appeal
  • Oversees MTV application, Telematics, authority’s data warehouse system related issues
  • Liaison with the authority and vendor pertaining to bus operations related issue

 

Service Development

  • Preparation of bus service variation and distance fare quarterly update
  • Application of bus service license
  • Preparation of posters and supporting documents for all new and existing bus services variation
  • Manage design and printing of posters

 

Coordination

  • Preparation and consolidation of weekly bus operations update to management
  • Preparation and consolidation of bus operations performance dashboard and slides for management meeting
  • Manage and dissemination of bus operations related matters to staff and vendor
  • Coordination of all ad-hoc bus operations matter

 

Performance Reporting

  • Preparation of Fleet Adherence Report
  • Preparation of Buses Interim / Final mileage report
  • Management of Authority’s Instruction and Variation Order documentation
  • Preparation and submission of Interim and Final Progress Payment report
  • Preparation and submission of Bus Service Reliability Framework (BSRF) performance data exclusion request report
  • Preparation and submission of QoS report, summary report for mileage and BSRF (Daily & Monthly)
  • Any ad-hoc tasks by Supervisor

 

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Degree holders, fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis would have an added advantage
  • Good written and spoken communication skills, with numeracy skills
  • Meticulous, ability to multi-task and work within tight timeline
  • Possess positive disposition, independent, resourceful and a team player
  • Passion and interest for data and numbers

 

Skills

  • Independent, able to work under pressure and multi-task.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
  • Critical thinker, self-motivated and a team player
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and meticulous.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends, when required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBI preferred.
