Executive, Partner Sales

Job Purpose

We are seeking driven and people-oriented Partner Sales Executive to grow our fleet by onboarding new driver-partners into our vehicle leasing programmes. The role focuses on driver-partner acquisition, sales conversion, and relationship building, supporting the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of drivers for the Taxi, PHV, and Limousine fleet. This role is responsible for daily sales operations, partner engagement, customer service, and ensuring a high hired-out rate of vehicles.

Responsibilities

Partner Acquisition & Sales

  • Proactively source and acquire new drivers through walk-ins, leads, referrals, outreach activities and ground engagement
  • Understand driver needs and recommend suitable vehicle or leasing solutions
  • Explain leasing packages, rental structures, incentives, and onboarding requirements clearly to prospective drivers
  • Follow up promptly on sales leads and convert enquiries into confirmed hirers through effective sales engagement
  • Manage sales leads through CRM or internal systems and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and status updates
  • Achieve monthly individual acquisition, conversion KPIs

Customer Engagement & Onboarding Support

  • Build trust and maintain professional relationships with prospective drivers
  • Own the driver journey from first enquiry to successful onboarding, act as primary contact during the first 1 month of driver’s tenure
  • Address enquiries relating to rental terms, payment cycles, and operational policies
  • Resolve any feedback and complaints with a strong service first approach
  • Guide drivers through documentation, system setup, and vehicle collection
  • Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth vehicle collection
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Market Insights & Feedback

  • Gather and provide feedback on driver concerns, market conditions, and competitor offerings
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for driver acquisition campaigns, sales processes, and customer experience

Planning & Reporting

  • Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts and pipeline updates
  • Maintain proper documentation for driver-partner applications and onboarding files
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Diploma or other equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of sales experience (preferably in mobility or automotive industry).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable engaging frontline driver community
  • Sales-driven with strong follow-up discipline and ownership mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Minimum 1 year of safe driving experience (possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving license)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Skilled in navigating and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
