Executive, Planning (6 Months Contract)

 

Job Purpose

 

The candidate will be responsible for supporting Enterprise IT relating to Financial and Budgeting management, People matters and department administrative support. 

Responsibilities

 

This role will primarily be required to support the below activities but is not limited to:

 

Financial Management

 

  • Collaborate with EIT Heads, Leads, and Finance to drive the annual budgeting process, providing analysis and actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Partner with budget owners to monitor and report monthly departmental expenditure, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
  • Work closely with the Finance Business Partner to address financial matters
  • Prepare and manage Service Level Agreement (SLA) contracts between SMRT and Joint Ventures for EIT service delivery

 

Team Engagement

 

  • Track EIT headcount and follow up on outstanding hiring positions in partnership with the HR Business Partner
  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives, including monthly town halls, team-building activities, festive celebrations, and quarterly Brown Bag sessions

 

Administrative Support

 

  • Maintain and update EIT functional and organization chart, as well as respective teams Terms of Reference and Job Descriptions
  • Work with respective EIT teams to ensure strategic alignment of their work with organizations objectives
  • Perform EIT staff onboarding and offboarding
  • Manage EIT Assets, including conducting annual asset verification and reconciliation.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support for EIT management meetings

Qualifications & Work Experience

 

  • Relevant degree Relevant Degree in Business, Business IT, Administration
  • At least 1 year of experience in Planning dealing with Senior Management and Managers
  • Enthusiastic and able to drive people forward
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal / communication skills    
  • Strong organizational ability with attention to details    
  • Able to multi-task    
  • Results Oriented and able to work independently
  • Work well under pressure
