Executive, Transport Service & Operational Planning
Responsibilities
- Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders on bus services and bus-stops related issues
- Develop service timetable and schedule using HASTUS software for new services or service amendments
- Monitor service performance of all bus services, purpose and implement improvements
- Update station, interchange, and bus stop service information panels on a regular basis
- Assist in analysis and review of new services
- Assist in the management of data/information on the transport network and bus services
- Assist in the planning and development of transport network
- Assist in the implementation of new bus services, working closely with operations and other internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Possess at least a Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Able to use HASTUS software to produce the schedule base on the service requirement
- Think of innovative way to optimise resources using Min Bus and CrewOps function
- Prior experience in public transport industry, preferably overseas
- Strong analytical skills and are comfortable to work with numbers.
- Independent, organized and meticulous.
- Experience in managing data and information, and/or knowledge of computer programming would be advantageous.
