Executive/ Senior Executive, Human Capital Management (OEMA)

Job Purpose
As a Senior Executive, Outreach & EMA, you will drive SMRT’s employer branding and talent outreach initiatives, supporting the recruitment and development of young talents, particularly fresh graduates, and those entering Engineering and Management Associate Programme. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to build a pipeline of high-energy, mission-minded individuals.
Responsibilities
Green Harvesting Activities
- Partner with business units, HRBPs, and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) on talent outreach initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of young talents, including scholars, interns, and trainees.
- Analyse recruitment data to assess the effectiveness and ROI of talent outreach efforts.
- Support employer branding activities such as HR awards and recruitment materials to position SMRT as an employer of choice.
Graduate Programme (EMA)
- Assist in the recruitment process for Engineering and Management Associates (EMAs), from screening to onboarding.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage EMA engagement and development.
- Coordinate recruitment logistics including interviews, offer letters, and pre-engagement activities.
Administrative and Logistical Support
- Maintain candidate records in SuccessFactors and support daily administrative tasks.
- Provide logistical support for career fairs, onboarding, and engagement activities.
Other Duties
- Support in various ad-hoc HR projects and activities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power platforms such as Power BI, Power Automate would be advantageous.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field
- Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition and Outreach would be an advantage
Skills

- Strong initiative with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient with basic Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power platforms such as Power BI, Power Automate would be advantageous

- Positive attitude, high energy and willing to learn
