Executive/ Senior Executive, Operations Performance Standards

Job Purpose  

Reporting to the Manager, Operations Performance Standards (OPS), the Executive / Senior Executive supports the collation and reporting of operational performance to regulators, drives initiatives to enhance operational processes and performance, and assists in the planning of train services on the Circle Line. 

Responsibilities

  1. Collate, check and submit Operating Performance Standards (OPS) - related data to regulators, on behalf of Circle Line Division
  2. Perform secretariat duties for Division-level meetings, including the weekly Performance Meeting, Pre-Performance Meeting, WMM, and other departmental forums.
  3. Track, monitor and update all operational and performance indices, including creation of dashboards for management oversight and reporting
  4. Support train timetable and special event planning
  5. Prepare reports, presentations, and other relevant materials for submission to Management as required
  6. Support other teams in Ops Support Branch for ad-hoc audits and projects
  7. Serve as a member of the CCL ERT Secretariat to support incident management during emergencies and train service disruptions.
  8. Support CCL in crowd management during events such as New Year’s Eve and National Day
  9. Undertake any other duties assigned by the Head of Department or Supervisors

Qualifications & Work Experience

Degree in a relevant discipline or Diploma in Engineering, preferably with experience in the railway industry or frontline operations in the public transportation sector.
