Executive/ Senior Executive, Service Campaigns


Job Purpose


This role requires a strong aesthetic sense and ability to combine brand standards, typography, colour theory, and graphic elements to produce compelling designs for our service campaigns and collaterals. The ideal candidate will have good design theory knowledge, proficiency in design software, a promising portfolio, and a commitment to enhancing the commuter experience.




Graphic Design:

  • Produce visual elements for service campaigns, including online and offline platforms like websites, posters, publications, infographics, logos, and videos.
  • Create design solutions that make complex ideas more accessible.
  • Ensure all designs align with SMRT's brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Manage design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.

Project Management:

  • Develop and manage project timelines and deliverables in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion within budget.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with various departments to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints and subsequently conceptualize ideas and design solutions that are visually appealing and effectively communicate the intended messages.
  • Present concepts, progress, and updates effectively to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Qualifications & Work Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record in graphic design, evidenced by a strong portfolio.
  • Experience in managing projects from inception to delivery, including budget management.



Technical Skills:

  • High proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and others.
  • Basic understanding of web design principles, HTML, CSS, and responsive design techniques.

Creative Skills:

  • Strong creative vision with the ability to conceptualize and execute impactful designs.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and precision in designs, including elements such as alignment, spacing, colour accuracy, and image quality.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills, with a knack for finding creative solutions to technical challenges.

Project Management:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks as needed.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and feedback clearly.
  • Effective teamwork abilities, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and software to stay ahead in the field.
  • Flexibility to respond to shifting priorities and manage change effectively.
