Executive / Sr Executive, HR - Talent Acquisition & Management
Job Purpose
The incumbent will play a pivotal role in attracting, selecting, managing and developing exceptional talent to drive the company's success.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and professional interaction at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs, and other talent acquisition events, when needed.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
Talent Management:
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Monitor and track overall staffing rates, and estab tracking
- In collaboration with HRBPs, manage the performance management process, end-to-end, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback.
- Develop and execute strategies in talent retention and succession planning.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all HR activities and processes comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain good data hygiene, and accurate, up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as needed.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and talent acquisition techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication, organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong ethical and confidentiality standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant HR experience is preferred.
