Executive/Senior Executive, Fare Compliance
Job Purpose
The Executive, Fare Compliance is responsible to assist the Manager, Fare Compliance as required under his duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
The Executive, Fare Compliance supports the Fare Compliance Section, focusing primarily on:
❖Audit compliance
❖Cybersecurity management
❖Projects or new initiatives
❖Training matters
He / She will be overall responsible in the following areas:
•Oversees the user access management to SeP accounts and Front-end Devices. To conduct User Access Review (UAR) to ensure only authorized personnel have access to AFC data and systems.
•Supports Cybersecurity Associates by providing inputs to ensure any required change do not impact operations negatively.
•Responsible for conducting an annual assessment of the Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) system against the AFC Cybersecurity Policy. To address and close gaps as required to minimize Cybersecurity risk.
•Assist in the development of new processes and standards within the Fare Systems Operations branch as part of the effort to minimize Cybersecurity risk.
•Responsible for liaising and coordinating with stakeholders on new Fare System projects and initiatives. To administer and facilitate any internal clearance and approval processes as required.
•Oversees staff training-related matters and responsible for the budgeting of training expenses for the Financial Year
Qualifications & Work Experience
•Bachelor’s Degree in any scope with at least 2 years of working experience.
•Relevant experience in rail or transport industry; or regulatory, cybersecurity and compliance related roles are welcome to apply.
Skills
Technical skills include:
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI would be an advantage.
•Railway Operations and Maintenance knowledge and experience would be an advantage.
Generic skills include:
•Effective written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
•Good people management and interpersonal skills.
•Analytical, meticulous, and willingness to learn.Technical skills include:
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
