Executive/Senior Executive, Operations Support
Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive support in contract management, governance, financial evaluation,
procurement, and bid activities to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with organisational
policies and standards.
Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of Executive / Senior Executive, Operations Support are as listed below.
- Draft, review, and coordinate with the Legal department to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Conduct financial analysis, prepare budgets, and monitor financial performance to support business decision-making.
- Prepare reports, act as meeting secretariat, and develop procedures and protocols for effective governance.
- Manage purchase requisitions, liaise with procurement department, and ensure timely invoicing and payment processing.
- Assist in preparing tender submissions, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with bid requirements and timelines.
- Perform any other duties to support governance or strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Fresh graduates with strong aptitude and interest are encouraged to apply.
Skills
- Analytical Skills – Basic knowledge of contract management, procurement processes, and financial analysis.
- Communication & organisation – Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Digital Proficiency – Competent in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage.
