Executive/Senior Executive, Training Development

Job Purpose
The Executive/Senior Executive, Training Development supports the design and delivery of high-quality learning content and training sessions. You will assist in developing curricula that align with organisational goals and industry standards, while facilitating training across multiple delivery modes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the design and development of curriculum frameworks, courseware, and assessment tools.
- Developing bite-sized learning/training and digital resources.
- Reviewing, designing, developing, and validating existing curriculum and courseware related to technical/functional, service excellence, and leadership.
- Delivering training sessions for leadership, service excellence, and technical programmes.
- Supporting continuous improvement of learning materials and methodologies using digital learning innovations.

- Conduct basic learning needs analysis and contribute to curriculum design related to technical/functional, service excellence, and leadership courses.
- Assess learning needs with stakeholder to understand learning outcomes and business objectives.
- Develop course content, lesson plans, and digital learning resources in compliance with the skills framework (SFw) and organisational standards.
- Provide stand-up facilitation to support the delivery of onboarding and functional courses.
- Apply emerging learning technologies and AI tools to enhance curriculum and delivery.
- Gather learner feedback and assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
- Provide quality management interventions for training content and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to build relationships, drive collaboration and maintain a robust learning ecosystem.
- Support business continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Learning Sciences, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in curriculum development and/or training delivery.
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP 2.0) is mandatory. Those with the WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) qualifications will have an advantage.
- Familiarity with the skills framework and experience in adult education and instructional design preferred.
- Ability to facilitate learning across multiple modalities (face-to-face, blended, digital).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Open to adopting emerging technologies for learning design and delivery.
- A self-starter who is resilient and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking.
