Insurance Consultant
Job Purpose
We are looking for a competitive Insurance Agent to generate new business by contacting potential customers.
You will sell, solicit, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans for your prospective customers.
The goal is to ensure growth attainment and establishes productive working relationships with clients to achieve the sale target.
Accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Planning future follow-up visits, and evaluations of needs for clients.
To compile lists of prospects and to develop a base for long-term sources of clients.
Responsibilities
Develop marketing strategies.
Report the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to management.
Maintain bookkeeping systems, database and records.
Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
To perform adhoc duties being assigned by management.
Qualifications & Work Experience
Proven working experience as an Insurance Agent or relevant experience.
Require CGI or DGIRM or relevant degree qualification related to insurance.
Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (business, property, renovation, motor, etc)
