Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting in project brief formulation, review design conceptualization and presentation.
• Assist supervising manager to work with in-house departments such as Plans and Business Development, Leasing, Property Management and Engineering teams to facilitate the delivery of the project
• Represent client to review ID, Architectural and M&E drawings, details & specifications
• Assist supervising manager to oversee in house submission and coordinating with contracted qualified person for authority submission and approval
• Assist in Contract and construction management
• Assist supervising manager to ensure design and construction projects meet the required timelines
• Assist in TOP & CSC procedures and completion/ handover of project
• Assist in creating and maintaining standards and guidelines for various concepts and competed projects

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Pursuing Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or its equivalent

Skills

• Proficient with 3D softwares e.g. Sketchup.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, AutoCAD.
• A pronounced can-do mentality, complemented by the capability to manage time well and the flexibility to handle changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
