Manager, Advanced Analytics and AI
Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analytics Manager who can leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data-driven insights to enhance workplace safety and operational efficiency across the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of AI-integrated analytics strategies to optimize safety processes, identify potential risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and develop leading indicators to execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with safety objectives.
- Lead the analysis of safety-related data sets to identify trends, patterns, and potential safety risks.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging AI technologies to enhance data analytics capabilities, extract actionable insights, and enhance workplace safety and security.
- Conduct data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling to extract valuable insights from large data sets.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines to support AI/ML model deployment.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI algorithms with data analytics platforms and tools.
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze data to train and evaluate AI models.
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Develop AI models to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations in data, enabling predictive and prescriptive analytics to forecast safety incidents and proactively mitigate risks.
- Develop dashboards to communicate key performance indicators to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analytics, with a focus on AI integration and machine learning.
- Experienced with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Skills
- Good understanding of data analytics methodologies and AI algorithms.
- Conduct data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling to extract valuable insights from large data sets.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines to support AI/ML model deployment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Experience in fine-tuning Generative AI models or AI video analytics is a plus.
