Manager, Bus Assets Management
Job Purpose
Manage Bus Fleet & Bus Asset Management activities, to support the transition and upgrading of bus fleet and leading projects trial.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Bus Fleet & Asset Management activities such as LTA audits, Fleet records maintenance, asset inventory and maintenance management such as CCTV, Coinbox, NOBE repair)
- Manage all buses and on-board equipment and ensure all are properly accounted for and tracked.
- Ensure all standard operation procedures (SOP) and work instructions, risk assessment and bus operations instructions on bus asset work
- Manage bus trial projects such as LTA/SMRT project, equipment acquisition management, setup bus asset maintenance tracking system
- Oversee quality evaluation by conducting midlife and bus CCTV upgrade to seek approval from Authority to proceed
- Oversee bus systems such as ticketing / fare systems and monitor bus on board equipment on LTA BTS audit for depot equipment, daily bus exception report.
- Ensure compliance of relevant statutory requirements and audit work such as ISO 9000/14000/55000, etc
Qualifications & Work Experience
- At least 5 years of working experience in a related field
- Supervisory experience is required to oversee and manage a team
- Minimally Degree in Engineering or its related field is required
