Manager, Marketing (Stellar Ace)
Job Purpose
The Manager, Marketing is responsible for driving strategic partnerships, digital activations, and engagement to grow the WINK+ app ecosystem. This role focuses on securing high-value collaborations, executing app activation campaigns, and optimizing engagement strategies to increase app downloads, user retention, and revenue streams.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, loyalty programs, and partnership development, with expertise in merchant and tenant engagement, campaign execution, affiliate marketing and in-app feature planning.
Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic partners to enhance the WINK+ ecosystem and brand collaboration
- Develop co-branded campaigns and activation plans and increase user engagement on the app
- Implement gamified campaigns, in-app promotions, and referral programs to enhance engagement online to offline
- Work closely with marketing and tech teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with business objectives
- Track campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with Stellar Ace’s advertising and media teams to integrate partner promotions across digital assets
- Develop strategies to improve tenant and merchant engagement, ensuring their continued participation and revenue contribution
- Optimize affiliate partner, merchant onboarding processes, incentives, and commission structures to increase adoption and usage
- Identify and enhance Earn & Burn, ensuring smooth transactions and app integration with tech team
- Work with the product team to identify and implement new app features that drive engagement and monetization
- Assist in managing all budget to follow the organisation’s procurement policies, tracking expenditures, and ensuring cost-effective campaign execution
- Develop co-branded promotions and engagement strategies to increase app member sign-ups and user retention
- Track and analyze KPIs to measure app activation ROI and optimize user funnel metrics (downloads, activations, retention, and redemptions) for better campaign performance
- Utilize insights to refine user engagement and conversion strategies
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years in app partnership management, digital marketing, activation planning, or business development, preferably in loyalty programs, e-commerce, or digital platforms
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and campaign execution skills
- Experience in retail, entertainment, and advertising partnerships is a plus
- Proven ability to conceptualize and execute digital activations and merchant-driven campaigns
- Strong data analysis skills for tracking performance and optimizing strategies

- Understanding of mobile app engagement strategies and gamification techniques
- Comfortable with budgeting, ROI tracking, and revenue forecasting
