Manager, Plans (Properties)

 

Responsibilities

 

Reporting to Head, Plans (Properties), you will be responsible to partner with different stakeholders across business units on:

 

Business Analysis and Report

•           In depth analysis and reporting of business operations, rents and/or sales data

•           Prepare regular and on-demand report for management and presentation materials for board meetings

 

Compliance

•           Review and identify areas of improvement of processes and workflow, compliance with standards as well as to recommend changes that facilitate business operational needs and generate compliance reports to the management

 

Contract Management

•           Work with different stakeholders on Pre and post contract administration, ensuring compliance with corporate governance when managing the contract administration processes.

•           Review the terms and conditions of the contracts/ a proposal submitted by vendors and prepares contract documents

•           Manage Leasing documents.

 

Administrative Support

•           Provide secretarial support to organise meetings, take minutes, prepare reports, board papers, prepare presentation slides for the management and other administrative support

•           Ensure that action points from meetings are properly disseminated to the parties concerned.

 

Qualifications & Work Experience

 

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Preferably with shopping mall / center management office experience.

Skills

 

  • Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skill
  • Well versed with MS Office (Excel & Words)
  • Well versed in MS Powerpoint is a must as the job requires to prepare presentation materials with charts and analysis
  • Possesses a good positive attitude, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to cope with tight deadlines.
  • Able to interact with people at all levels
  • Meticulous and well-organised, as well as willing to handle a wide variety of administrative tasks.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
