Manager, Sales (Staytion)

Job Purpose

 

We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Sales and Business Development Manager to drive both demand and supply growth. In this role, you’ll lead outreach to startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients, crafting tailored workspace solutions that meet their needs, while also managing and mentoring a Sales Executive. You’ll also help grow our supply network of coworking and office partners, strengthening our platform's value proposition. 
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to help shape the future of work.

 

Responsibilities

 

1. Demand-Side (Client Acquisition & Account Management)

  • Own and drive the full B2B sales funnel – lead generation, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and manage a pipeline of corporate clients, startups, and SMEs seeking flexible workspace solutions and event venues
  • Conduct client meetings to understand workspace and event space needs and propose customized solutions
  • Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth post-sales experience
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners

 

2. Supply-Side (Partner & Inventory Growth)

  • Identify, onboard, and manage coworking and event space partners 
  • Collaborate with workspace providers to ensure up-to-date inventory, competitive pricing, and service quality

 

3. Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities
  • Provide strategic input on product development, pricing, and marketing based on client and market insights
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and conferences

Qualifications & Work Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships – ideally in real estate, coworking, SaaS, or marketplace platforms preferred
  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
  • Network within the startup, SME, or real estate community in Singapore
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
