Manager, Talent Management
Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of talent management strategies that align leadership development and succession planning with the company’s core values, immediate and long term strategic initiatives, and established core business needs
- Drive implementation of appropriate policies and processes to build accountability, measure results, and optimise the impact of the strategic talent management function
- Partner key stakeholders across the organisation to analyse talent needs, develop solutions, ensure enthusiastic adoption of strategies and determine their effectiveness in driving business performance
- Build a leadership pipeline that improves the depth of talent across the organisation and meets the needs of accelerating organisational growth
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field from a recognised institution
- At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in talent management
- At least 2 years managerial experience
Skills
- Strong business acumen and the ability to link current and anticipated business challenges with the strategic talent management function
- Possess strong commercial understanding, project management and analytical skills
- Good presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interact and influence stakeholders, senior management, and contributors at all levels of the organisation
