Manager/Senior Executive, HR Plans

 

Job Purpose

 

This role is responsible for overseeing and executing key HR functions, including manpower planning, HR workplan management, workforce analytics and reporting, compliance and policy adherence, and serving as the system lead for the Employee Central Core module on SuccessFactors. This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented approach to ensure that the organization meets its workforce goals and complies with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

 

The duties and responsibilities are listed below. The list is not comprehensive and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.

 

Manpower Planning:

  • Lead the annual manpower planning process, including budgeting, FTE planning, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs based on business objectives and operational requirements.
  • Monitor and adjust manpower plans as needed to align with changes in business priorities.

 

HR Workplan Management:

  • Develop and drive the HR workplan for the year, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Coordinate with HR team members and other stakeholders to execute key initiatives and projects outlined in the workplan.
  • Track progress against the workplan and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

 

Workforce Analytics & Reporting:

  • Utilize workforce data and analytics to support strategic decision-making and HR planning.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on workforce trends, including headcount, turnover, and other key metrics. To also develop and maintain the HR dashboard for reporting purposes.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management to inform workforce strategy.

 

Compliance & Policy Adherence:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance and promote best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to policies and implement corrective actions as necessary.

 

System Lead for Employee Central Core (SuccessFactors):

  • Serve as the system lead for the Employee Central Core module on SuccessFactors.
  • Oversee system configuration, maintenance, and updates to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations.
  • Provide training and support to HR team members and other users on the effective use of SuccessFactors.

Qualifications & Work Experience

 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience with a focus on planning and management.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.

Skills

 

Technical skills include:

  • Proficiency in HR systems (especially SuccessFactors) and MS Office Applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and business intelligence tools.

 

Generic skills include:

  • Ability to provide creative solutions and drive change in a dynamic environment.
  • Thorough understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
