Operations Officer, Fleet Management

Responsibilities

• Daily preparation of documents e.g. Equipment checklist, cark park letter, mechanical checklist etc.
• Ensure all vehicles are functionally ready and in a good working condition in the shortest possible time before issuance to drivers .
• Familiarise the use of vehicles to new applicants and existing partners and educate partners on idling engine
• Monitoring closely on company property e.g. vehicle key, company pass, child booster seat and AED full set etc
• Process driver clearance to Credit Management team for the final settlement for ex-partners’ closed account.
• Issuing of courtesy taxi in Changi.
• Activate towing of vehicles when required. i.e. medical cases
• Shifting of vehicles from various locations

Qualifications & Work Experience

Skills and Knowledge

• Microsft Office / Computer Literacy
• Good communicaton skills

Qualifications/Certifications Required

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma or Equivalent
• Possesses Singapore Driving License and preferably Taxi Driver Vocational License (TDVL)
• Safe driving track record
