Passenger Service Ambassador (TEL)
Job Purpose
As a Passenger Service Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service to our passengers to make their journey with SMRT a delightful one.
Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities are listed below. The list is not comprehensive and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
• Facilitates and educates passengers on safe boarding and alighting of trains
• Look out for passengers’ safety and security, and report any incidents or injuries
• Performs crowd control duties
• Assists passengers on fare-related enquiries
• Assists passengers during an emergency
• Carry informative signages during course of duties to show to passengers.
• Ensuring that the facilities, equipment and structure within the station premises are in good working condition and report to duty Station Manager if needed.
• Performs other duties as and when assigned by Supervisor/s
Qualifications & Work Experience
- GCE ‘N’ level or at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Able to perform shift duties from Monday to Friday (weekends may be included)
- Ability to stand and walk station areas between 2 to 3hrs.
