Sales Support Specialist (Stellar Ace)

Job Purpose

 

In this role, the candidate is responsible for maximising client retention and support sales team in driving incremental revenue growth.

 

The Sales Support Specialist role will transition into a Sales Executive role, subjected to work performance.

 

Responsibilities

 

SUPPORT CLIENT RETENTION

  • Responsible for creating and managing sales proposals in support of the sales team, ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to explore how media strategies can effectively align with their objectives and support the broader challenges affecting their businesses and marketing efforts.
  • Provide thoughtful insights when discussing client briefs, encourage exploration of alternative approaches that may more effectively fulfil their marketing objectives.
  • Develop the ability to tailor implementation strategies for clients, focusing on optimal media weights, placements, and buying parameters that align with their goals
  • Develop the ability to analyse and evaluate media proposals independently, applying key principles of the buying process, including audience analysis, cost assessment, and the tracking and optimization of results.
  • Compile comprehensive post-campaign reports that detail performance against planned KPIs, expenditures, communication goals, and campaign effectiveness, along with insights and thoughtful recommendations for future initiatives.

 

SUPPORT NEW CLIENT ACQUISITION

  • Follow-up on opportunities to drive incremental sales either from media agencies or direct advertisers.
  • Support presentations and build a storyline to present campaign proposals.
  • Sales focused and customer-oriented to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications & Work Experience

 

  • Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in media advertising or account management will be preferred.
  • We encourage recent graduates who are passionate about the media industry to consider applying.
  • Strong client management and presentation skills are important for this role.
  • We value self-motivated individuals who can embrace ambiguity and adapt to change while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proven ability to meet deadlines and successfully manage multiple projects, along with strong organizational skills, is preferred.
  • Effective engagement and communication with both internal and external stakeholders are essential.
