Senior Executive, Contract Management

Job Purpose
The candidate will be responsible for the contract management in the Planning Team in Enterprise IT. This role is responsible for managing mobile operations, contract renewals, stakeholder engagement, and vendor performance.
Responsibilities
This role will primarily be required to support the below activities but is not limited to:
1) Mobile Operations Management
- Manage full mobile lifecycle: activations, renewals, terminations, SIM replacements, and transfers, and maintain loan pool for backup devices and forecast handset requirements to avoid delays
- Provide monthly updates on overspent users, overdue invoices, and mobile service expenditures, perform bill tracking and data analysis on usage
2) Contract & License Management
- Administer Telco contract services and software licenses, including renewals and approvals.
- Track IT contract renewals and work closely with contract custodians to ensure timely renewals.
- Prepare documents for contract renewals, including expenditure approval papers and requirements.
3) Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare monthly reports on cost allocations, mobile usage, overspending, invoices, and service usage transactions
- Analyze data to optimize mobile plans and track costs for budgeting purposes.
4) Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with BUs and Finance on invoices and cost allocations
- Communicate contract renewals and expenditure insights to stakeholders.
5) Vendor Performance Management
- Coordinate with vendors on subscriptions, billings, payments, and stock forecasts.
- Conduct regular meetings with vendors to address service level, billings and contract issues
6) Governance & Compliance
- Enforce Mobile Policy adherence for renewals and manage license hygiene by removing leavers.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Relevant degree Relevant Degree in Business, Business IT, Administration
- At least 1 year of experience in Planning and Contract Management
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal / communication skills
- Strong organizational ability with attention to details
- Able to multi-task
- Results Oriented and able to work independently.
