Senior Executive, HR Business Partner
Job Purpose
As a Senior Executive, HRBP, you will provide essential operational and administrative HR support to the assigned Business Unit or Corporate Functions. You will work closely with the HRBP team to assist in the implementation of HR strategies and policies, ensuring smooth HR operations and administrative functions. Your role will also involve supporting HRBP activities and contributing to effective HR service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational HR support including employee onboarding, offboarding and HR administration.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support the execution of talent management programs, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate HR activities such as staff communications, documentation, and HR reporting.
- Collaborate with senior HRBPs to address employee relations issues and provide necessary support.
- Assist in the management of HR systems and data to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on operational HR support and administration
Skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
