Senior / Executive, HR
Job Purpose
As a Senior / Executive, HR, you will provide essential operational and administrative HR support to the assigned Business Unit or Corporate Functions. You will work closely with the HRBP and HR Services team to assist in the implementation of HR strategies and policies, ensuring smooth HR operations and administrative functions. Your role will also involve supporting HRBP activities and contributing to effective HR service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational HR support including employee onboarding, offboarding and HR administration.
- Assist in crafting and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Support the execution of talent management programs, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate HR activities such as staff communications, documentation, and HR reporting.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to organise employee engagement activities (e.g. staff orientation and company-wide celebrations)
- Support the HR Services team in processing payroll with the outsourced vendor.
- Prepare and maintain manpower reports and track status of key items (e.g. DRC, Manpower Budget)
- To follow through on end-to-end Recruitment for assigned vacancies
- Assist in the management of HR systems and data to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on recruitment, payroll, and operational HR support.
Skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Basic understanding of Employment legislation, HR policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
