Senior / Executive, Human Resources
Job Purpose
As part of the Human Resource team, you will partner Business Units by supporting them in their manpower requirements in areas including, but not limited to, Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Data Management, and HR Services.
Responsibilities
- Manage full life cycle of employees (i.e. Recruitment – Onboarding – Offboarding)
- Ensure healthy staffing while partnering hiring managers to provide resourcing needs and to maintain strong working relationships
- Support the formulation, implementation, and operation of HR policies
- Collaborate with HR administrators to ensure good data hygiene
- Apply in-depth knowledge of HR programs & processes and legal/statutory requirement to day-to-day management of employees, resolve employee relations and operational issues including interpretation of policies and guidelines
- Provide periodic reports for management, as required, to track strategic goal accomplishment
- Drive Manpower Planning and Manpower Budget Planning.
- Employee Engagement: Organise and execute employee engagement activities
- Possess a firm grasp of policies for implementation, execution, and advisory support to all staff
- Support Payroll Submissions and Report Preparation
- Support HR Ops, as 2IC of HRIS and HR Services related issues
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications & Work Experience
Possess a good Degree with preferably at least 2 years of relevant hands-on HR experience.
Hands-on experience in HRIS and HRSS (i.e. benefits, payroll, etc) work, Recruitment, Manpower Planning, and IHRP-certification would be an advantage.
Strong foundational knowledge of local labour law.
