Senior Executive, Investigation
Job Purpose
The Executive / Senior Executive will respond to safety incidents / Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) accidents and conduct independent investigation for Network System Maintenance (NSM).
Responsibilities
- Respond to safety incidents and WSH accidents and conduct investigations.
- Follow-up on Investigations recommendations with respective units until closure.
- Analyse Investigations causal factors and provide regular update to management.
- Conduct regular review of safety investigation related documents and relevant policies.
- Perform secretariat role for major incident investigation.
- Perform secretariat role including preparation of presentation materials for safety and quality related meetings.
- Support safety and quality education programme in NSM.
- Support Head of Department (HOD) in delivering the SQTM Office objectives and work plan.
- Any other related task assigned by reporting officer.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management discipline with minimum 3 years of experience in Investigation role. (or)

Diploma in engineering or management discipline with 10 years of experience in Investigation.
- Experience in operations & maintenance or railway industry is preferred.
Skills
- Knowledge in railway operations & maintenance is advantageous.
- Knowledge in WSH Act and its subsidiaries is advantageous.
- Good investigation report writing skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
