Senior/ Executive, Payroll
Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll, prepare and check on discrepancies on time sheets, payments etc to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures and related policy
- Reconcile discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and state policies
- Account reconciliation
- CPF submission
- Preparation and submission of IR8A, IR8E, IR21 (via IRAS and Crimson Logic)
- Liaising with clients on payroll matters and answering their enquiries.
- Assist and support in shared benefits administration and projects.
- Participate in cross-department projects where applicable.
- All other matters pertaining to payroll functions.
Qualifications & Work Experience
You should possess a Degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Skills
You should be resourceful, customer focused and meticulous. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a matured demeanour and have a flair for numbers, excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
