Senior Executive, Security Plans & Development Branch
Job Purpose
Responsible for conducting organisational Threats Vulnerabilities Risks Assessment (TVRA). Assist the manager in the developing and managing of security measures and physical enhancement projects and assist in obtaining government co-funding for security projects & expenditures.
Responsibilities
Senior Executive, Security Plans & Development, duties and responsibilities are as listed below. Note that the list is not comprehensive and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
• Conduct organisational physical security vulnerabilities risk assessment.
• Implement security measures and initiatives to mitigate known vulnerabilities.
• Manage and implement security enhancement projects.
• Facilitate in obtaining government co-funding for security projects and expenditures.
• Provide security related advice or assessments to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain technological watch to seek out innovative solutions and/or advance equipment to address existing security concerns.
• Liaise with external governmental agencies on security related issues.
Qualifications & Work Experience
Qualifications and work experience include:
• Diploma / BSc degree in Management & Security Studies / Security Management
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in security related position
• At least 1 year of experience in planning and executing physical security enhancement projects.
