Senior/ Service Advisor
Job Purpose
This role is for Strides Premier (joint venture between Strides and Premier).
Responsibilities
- Perform check in and out of vehicles (Taxis, Private vehicles, Commercial vehicles)
- Follow up with drivers on servicing and inspection appointment
- Update drivers on vehicle status
- Prepare quotation and proforma invoices
- Perform reminder calls to drivers/customers
- Shifting of vehicles
- Filing documents
- Assist with vehicle movement report preparation – rotational basis
- Perform frontline duties
- Ad-hoc assignments by Service centre manager
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Working Experience in the Automotive Industry would be preferred.
- Minimum of 6 ‘O’ Level Passes or SPM 5
