Senior Service Quality Officer (Training Development)
Job Purpose
- To be an inclusivity champion for SMRT’s transportation business through developing and conducting training programmes.
- To educate inclusivity awareness to the public.
Responsibilities
- Create learning modules in accordance with guidelines provided by:
- Diploma In Adult and Continuing Education (DACE)
- Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP)
- Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)
- Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)
- To deliver presentations, trainings and engagement programmes to staff, stakeholders, and partner organisations.
- Lead the planning of roadshows and events.
- Work with Social Service Agencies (SSAs) on inclusivity awareness programmes.
- To research and promote diversity initiatives and share best practices.
- To maintain up to date on anti-discriminatory legislation and provide guidance on equality and diversity issues.
- To present reports and recommendations on current practises and inclusivity gaps within our network.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Diploma in retail, service operations, business related programmes.
- Mandatory Qualifications in either:
- Diploma In Adult and Continuing Education (DACE)
- Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP)
- Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)
- Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)
- 3 to 5 years of working experience with frontline services.
Skills
Technical skills include:
- Microsoft office tools (Words, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Basic creative knowledge and ability to use Canva for basic artwork.
Generic skills include:
- Attention to details with excellent planning and coordination skills.
- Multi-tasker with demonstrated abilities to manage tight timelines and collaborate across teams.
- Resourceful and able to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good deposition and service-oriented mindset.
