Senior Software Engineer (Contract)
Job Purpose
The key scope of work is to develop and enhance the existing applications relating to WINK+.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop existing applications relating to WINK+
- Translate functional requirements from users into sound technical designs that meet the objectives
- Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends
- Able to work both independently as well as with a team on multiple projects
- Participate in application development life cycle
- Deliver projects on-time and with quality
- Work with the team in managing AWS, cybersecurity, data integrity, etc.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus
- Experience working with Cloud Native Infrastructure (Familiarity with AWS is a plus)
- Candidates with zero-to-one startup and scale-up experience is a plus
Skills

- Android – Kotlin
- iOS – Swift
- Backend – Kotlin, C# (Open to new languages like Node.js or similar modern backend technologies for new service development)
- Infrastructure – AWS, Google Maps Platform
- Database – Postgres DB, MS SQL Server
- Possess good interpersonal skills, demonstrate analytical and multi-tasking capabilities with strong interest in detailed work
- Ability to work independently as well as be a good team player
- Analytical, self-driven and proactive in keeping up with new technologies and programming languages
- Good working knowledge in software development and SDLC methodologies
