Senior / Supervisor, Customer Relations & Community Engagement

Responsibilities
Operations
· Perform data entry for compliment feedback forms and upload of data into IFS accurately and timely
· Conduct daily audit checks on IFS case creation
· Respond to enquiries from case handlers and Interchange Operations Supervisors regarding IFS-related matters
· Maintain and update IFS guidelines for case handlers
· Amend IFS routing rules during Operations Supervisors’ extended leave periods
· Update and maintain the IFS master list
· Monitor and update IFS performance dashboards (Power BI)
Procurement
· Track and monitor actual expenditures
· Ensure procurement processes comply with policies and proper documentation requirements
· Monitor finance payments to vendors and follow up when necessary
· Track Purchase Order (PO) contract expiry dates
· Initiate requests for new PO contracts or renewals as required
· Other procurement related matters
Asset Management
· Manage assets under the Bus Operations & Bus Plans cost centre
· Conduct annual fixed asset audits
· Handle asset transfers, disposals, and record updates
· Manage inventory records and ensure proper tracking and replenishment.
Budgeting
· Support annual budgeting exercises for senior management cost centres.
· Track budget utilisation and provide updates to support financial planning and control.
Ad-hoc Duties
· Support engagement activities as needed
· Perform additional tasks assigned by management
Qualifications & Work Experience
• Diploma in any field
• Relevant experience in a similar environment, preferably in transportation industry
Skills
• Good understanding of procurement processes, finance tracking, budgeting, asset/inventory management and vendor coordination.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret operations performance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
• Possess good leadership skills and team coordination skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and commitment
