Senior / Supervisor, Infrastructure & Facilities Management

Responsibilities

Operations & Facilities Maintenance 
•    Coordinate and supervise daily infrastructure and facilities maintenance activities across assigned bus depots, bus interchanges, and operational premises. 
•    Conduct routine inspections of buildings, facilities, equipment, and common areas to ensure safe, reliable, and operational conditions. 
•    Identify defects, maintenance issues, and safety hazards, and coordinate timely rectification works with contractors and service providers. 
•    Monitor and ensure completion of preventive, corrective, breakdown, and ad-hoc maintenance works in accordance with prescribed standards and schedules. 

 

Contractor & Service Provider Management 
•    Supervise outsourced contractors and service providers performing maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, security, and other facilities services. 
•    Monitor contractor performance, service standards, attendance, and compliance with contract requirements. 
•    Verify completed works, endorse service reports, and ensure defects or service deficiencies are rectified promptly. 
•    Coordinate site meetings, inspections, and work permits for contractors carrying out maintenance and project works. 

 

Procurement & Administration 
•    Raise asset requests, purchase requisitions, service requests, and purchase orders for facilities-related requirements. 
•    Monitor contractor work orders, service reports, invoices, and supporting documents for processing and payment. 
•    Maintain accurate records of assets, maintenance activities, contracts, permits, drawings, and statutory certifications. 

 

Diesel Operations Support 
•    Monitor daily diesel operations and fuel consumption records at assigned bus depots. 
•    Verify diesel issuance, stock reconciliation, and related documentation. 

 

Compliance, Safety & Audit 
•    Ensure facilities operations comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards. 
•    Participate in audits and inspections by regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders. 

 

Reporting & Continuous Improvement 
•    Prepare maintenance reports, inspection findings, contractor performance reports, and facilities-related statistics. 
•    Monitor utilities consumption and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements. 
•    Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager, Infrastructure & Facilities Management. 

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines. 
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance, infrastructure operations, or contractor supervision. 

Skills

  • Knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and safe work practices. 
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and facilities administration documentation. 
  • Able to work independently and perform site supervision across multiple locations.
