Senior/Executive, HR Performance Management

Job Purpose
The Executive/Senior Executive, HR Performance Management supports the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the organisation’s performance management framework. The role focuses on managing the end-to-end performance cycle, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, and partnering closely with HRBPs and business units to foster a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
• Support the implementation and enhancement of performance management systems, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in administering the annual performance appraisal and promotion cycle for both SMRT Group wide and Rail Business Unit, including tracking timelines, consolidation of data and ensuring completion of performance reviews.
• Support the execution of talent management programmes and initiative in Rail Business Unit, including succession planning and talent identification.
• Compile, clean, and analyse performance management data to generate insights, identify gaps, and support reporting to stakeholders.
• Maintain and manage employee’s performance data, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on performance management best practices and provide guidance and clarification to stakeholders.
• Advise managers on performance-related matters, including feedback, goal setting, and career development.
• Ensure smooth execution for performance management tools (e.g., SuccessFactors) and timely update of performance management-related training and policies.
Qualifications & Work Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in performance management or HR operations.
Skills
• Detail-oriented with strong initiative and follow-through.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR data and metrics.
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally and discreetly.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors) is preferred.
